All digital designs, drawings, and downloadable files, including but not limited to SVG, CDR, AI, EPS, PDF, DXF, JPG, and other file formats available on VectorsFile.com are the intellectual property of VectorsFile.com and are protected under applicable copyright laws.

By purchasing or downloading any file (paid or free), you agree to the following terms.

1. Grant of License

VectorsFile.com grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased or downloaded file under the terms below.

You are purchasing a license to use the file, not ownership of the design.

All rights remain with VectorsFile.com.

2. What You ARE Allowed To Do

You may:

  • Use the file for personal projects
  • Use the file for educational purposes
  • Edit or modify the file to suit your needs
  • Create physical products using the file
  • Sell unlimited physical products made from the file

Commercial use for physical products is allowed for both paid and free files.

3. What You Are NOT Allowed To Do

You may NOT:

  • Resell the digital file in any format
  • Share, distribute, transfer, or gift the file to others
  • Upload the file to Etsy, eBay, Amazon, Creative Market, or any other marketplace
  • Offer the file as a free download on any website
  • Convert the file into another format and sell it
  • Include the file in digital bundles for resale
  • Claim the design as your own original work

Digital redistribution of any kind is strictly prohibited.

4. File Modifications

You are allowed to edit or modify the file:

  • For personal use
  • For educational use
  • For creating physical products for sale

However:

Modified or altered versions of the file may NOT be resold, shared, or distributed digitally.

5. Free Files

  • Free files are provided under the same license terms as paid files.
  • Free files are NOT public domain.
  • All copyright ownership remains with VectorsFile.com.

6. Extended License

If you require mass production rights, commercial manufacturing partnerships, or digital redistribution rights, you must contact us to obtain a separate written agreement.

7. Copyright & DMCA Protection

All designs are monitored for unauthorized distribution.

If we discover illegal sharing, resale, or redistribution of our digital files, we reserve the right to:

  • Issue DMCA takedown notices
  • Report copyright infringement
  • Take legal action if necessary

Unauthorized use will result in immediate license termination.

8. Agreement

By purchasing or downloading any file from VectorsFile.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
