Laser Cut Tree Pattern Square Wooden Table Lamp Design

Summary

This is a beautifully laser-cut wooden table Tree Pattern Design lamp, for the cutting we use 130W CO₂ laser cutting machine, ensuring high precision and smoothness of the cutting edge. The model has an elegant pattern of tree branches, making it natural and artistic, with a modern decorative look that fits into bedrooms, living rooms, offices, cafes, or as gifts.

Laser Cutting Process: Cutting with the laser machine at 30% power, at a cutting speed of 15 mm/s, will ensure clean and accurate cuts. This works perfectly for 3mm MDF sheets, as it smoothly cuts the design without burning or damaging the material. Each panel of the lamp was cut separately for uniformity and perfect fitting during assembly.
While cutting the wood panels, the inner diffuser material was also prepared. In this sample, normal printing paper was used and cut according to the size of each wooden panel. This will provide a soft light effect when the lamp is turned on. You can also use acrylic diffuser sheets for more durability and a professional finish. for paper cutting we set power 15% and speed 100 mm/s but for the acrylic diffuser power and speed will be different depending on the sheet thickness.

Assembly Process: After all the pieces were cut, we began to assemble the wooden frame. UHU Glue was used for strong bonding of MDF parts, making sure that the structure was firm and durable. The installation of the diffuser paper was done using paper glue to hold the sheets nicely behind each laser-cut panel.
After assembling the four sides, top and bottom pieces were fixed, completing the lamp body. The cutouts of the tree pattern allow light to pass through beautifully, hence creating a warm and artistic ambiance.

Lighting Installation: Inside the lamp, we used multi-light SMD LEDs for bright and energy-efficient lighting. You can use any type of lighting such as: SMD LED strips A small LED bulb A bulb holder with warm or cool light This gives you complete liberty to customize the brightness and color as per your room decor.

Final Look: The finished lamp shows a great combination of wood texture, tree-branch cutouts, and softly glowing light. It is not only for lighting purposes but also a unique handmade art piece; it is perfect for home decoration or as a gift.
