Top Panel – 3mm Transparent Acrylic: The top display panel is crafted from 3mm high-quality transparent acrylic, which is perfect for creating a sharp and bright 3D illusion effect. The design is engraved on the reverse (back) side of the acrylic sheet using a CO₂ laser cutting machine. This reverse engraving technique keeps the front surface completely smooth and crystal clear, protecting the design from dust, scratches, and wear while enhancing light refraction and visual depth.
Reverse Engraving for a Neat Front Finish: By engraving on the back side, the lamp achieves a clean and polished front appearance. When illuminated, the engraved lines glow evenly, producing a stunning floating effect that enhances the overall 3D illusion. This method also increases the lifespan of the design, as the engraved details are safely preserved.
Lamp Base Black 3mm Acrylic: The base of the lamp is made from 3mm black acrylic, providing a strong, stable foundation. The black acrylic adds a modern contrast to the glowing transparent panel while maintaining durability and structural balance.
Center Light Bar – 6mm Transparent Acrylic: At the center of the base, 6mm transparent acrylic is used to house the light bar. This thicker acrylic ensures proper light diffusion and secure placement of the lighting components.
Lighting System – 12V DC Illumination: The lamp uses a 12V DC light source for safe, energy-efficient, and bright illumination. The light evenly travels through the acrylic, highlighting every engraved detail and delivering a vibrant, long-lasting glow.
