Assembly

  • Cut all parts from 3mm acrylic using a laser cutting machine.
  • Place the black circular clock layer as the back/base layer.
  • Position the red acrylic layer on top of the black layer and align the center holes.
  • Use small spacers, acrylic adhesive, or suitable mounting posts to secure the two layers and create the layered depth.
  • Install the clock mechanism through the center hole from the back.
  • Attach the hour, minute, and second hands to the mechanism from the front.
  • Add the center cap and battery to complete the clock.
  • Mount the finished clock securely on the wall using the rear hanging point.
